WARRANTY

All Safety-Direct products carry a 1-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Should a product fail to perform during this 1-year period, please contact Safety-Direct for a RMA# (return material authorization number). Complete instructions will be provided at the time the RMA# is issued covering shipping instructions and other information which is required by Safety-Direct. Items, which have been subject to abuse or misuse or misapplication, as determined by Safet-Direct personnel, will void the warranty. Items under warranty will be repaired or replaced (at the discretion of Safety-Direct) at no charge to the customer. Care must be taken to follow proper installation instructions.
